It is officially December and the count down to Christmas is on! Today, I will be sharing with you my favorite products from the month of November. Some of these ideas would make great Christmas presents or stocking stuffers.
November Favorites Beauty:
Tarte Amazonian Clay 12 Hr. Blush: Last month, I started using this blush and fell in love. I use the shade paaarty. First, I love how pigmented it is! I really see the color payoff, which is exactly what I am looking for in a blush. Also, it does last most of the day! I haven’t timed it to see if it is actually 12 hours, but I have never had to reapply! I recently repurchased this, since I am almost out!
Stila Stay All Day Liquid Lipstick: Okay, I know I talk about this lipstick often…but really, it’s that good! I own it in several shades and this month I am especially loving the shade Serenata. I’m not sure if this shade is still offered, I haven’t been able to find it lately. However, the shade Biscotti looks almost identical!
Aveda Air Control Light Hold Hairspray: I used this hairspray the majority of the month and was so impressed! First off, I love the smell. Also, it has a light spray, so my hair isn’t doused, but still holds really well! I have been using the travel sizes and throwing them in my purse when I am on the go.
November Favorites in Lifestyle:
Palmer’s Coco Butter Massage Lotion for Stretch Marks: Last month, I picked this up at the store since it advertised to reduce the appearance of stretch marks. I haven’t noticed any stretch marks on my stomach (that I can see anyways…I do have a limited view as it gets bigger haha). Anyways, I wanted to keep it at bay so I thought this lotion with Vitamin E would be worth a shot. It is recommended during and after pregnancy. It is also paraben and phthalate free. So far, I am really loving it! It smells so good, soaks in nicely, and leaves my skin feeling so moisturized.
Palmer’s Coco Butter Tummy Butter for Stretch Marks: In addition to the lotion, I have been applying this tummy butter to stretch mark prone areas. While I haven’t noticed any stretch marks on my stomach, I have noticed a few in some other places. They were pretty noticeable and after applying this butter along with the lotion, I have seen a big improvement in their appearance. They are significantly less noticeable. So for my fellow moms to be, I would highly recommend this duo!
A Simplified Life Tactical Tools for Intentional Living by Emily Ley: I preordered this book and received it at the end of the month. I decided to go ahead and include it in my November favorites because I have already made quite a dent in it! It is an easy but great read. I love how it has areas to evaluate your own life for each chapter and the pictures are absolutely gorgeous. This is the first book that is non baby related that I have been able to focus on since finding out I was pregnant!
November Favorites in Fashion:
Stuart Weitzman Half Time Over The Knee Boots: Last year I received these boots for Christmas and I instantly knew they would be a staple in my closet that would last for a few years. The quality is amazing (they’re pricy but they will last forever). I think they make almost any outfit look pulled together. These boots have definitely been my go to last month. They are currently on sale, here.
I hope you all have an amazing month and find some time to relax during all of the holiday festivities. Have a wonderful weekend!
